JOIN US FOR AN AFTERNOON OF SELF-EXPLORATION THROUGH
SOUNDING, JOURNALING AND THE POWER OF BREATH.
We will start the day with organic ceremonial cacao to awaken our senses.
Together, we will create a beautiful atmosphere with group chanting in harmony by candlelight to release fears and blockages trapped throughout our energy bodies.
You will be prompted to do some creative journaling to set your intention for the experience.
Our special guest for the day, Barbara Pursey, will hold space for and lead us in a 90 minute Breathwork Transformation class set to inspiring music.

After the Breathwork Session, we will gently come to and when ready, be invited to share our experience with a partner.
We will end with some private journaling just for you to round off your experience, and enjoy a grounding ginger and fennel Ayurvedic tea.
We will seal our afternoon with a ceremonial Palo Santo wood burning of that which we wish to let go of.

Deposit of £200 is non-refundable
Payment plans must be set up within 4 weeks of deposit, or payment is due in full 12 weeks prior to retreat. Any payment plans must be set up with last instalment paid by 8 weeks before the retreat.
Cancellation Policy: Up to 12 weeks before the retreat, a full refund given, less the deposit and card fees. Up to 8 weeks before the retreat, 50% refund given, less the deposit and card fees. After 8 weeks before the retreat, no refunds can be given.
